siri talks all the time and must double click on icons
Siri won't stop talking, I have to double click to get into icons, and I can't scroll down it just happened.

your phone has voiceover turn on.
it for blind people. touch 1 time to hear what your tapping. touch 2 times to choose. go to Settings > General > Accessibility. voiceover off!

the problem is that the screen is locked up and won't allow for manual code or facial recognition to even get to settings. if you manually try and reset it defaults to calling 911/emergency.
thanks so much this is a dream come true my phone was not working and we were on our way to get a new one but then i found this
