Display colour changing to yellowish type dim colour

Device: Nexus s i9023 ( S-LCD version)

OS: Android 4.1 jellybean

My nexus s display color is changing to yellowish dim color.

i keep my nexus s near my monitor .will this effect nexus s display???

and also when i bought my nexus s , the touch sensitive buttons are not turning off when i touch, but in nexus s (i9020 the super amoled version) it offs

is it only the i9023 models or just my phone this is happening???
