Usually it is a virus that causes this problem. Seen it happen before on a Windows 8 laptop.

You’ll need to use anti-virus software like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Superantispyware to remove those viruses.

Does it only happen when touching the trackpad? See if it happens when touching the keyboard only.
