It appears as though something was either damaged or loosened in the laptop, by the fall.
You’ll have to open the laptop and inspect the motherboard for any obvious damage or loose connections.

If you do this remember to ''disconnect the battery from the motherboard (you don’t have to remove it, just disconnect it), as soon as it can be done,'' before starting on any other work inside the laptop. Even though the laptop is off, with the battery connected, there is still power available at various points on the motherboard and you don’t want to create more problems than you already have if you accidentally slip using tools etc
