Why my computer won't start correctly?

First of all, my pc is called Dell Inspiron n7110, but I choose this one  because I couldn’t found my model.

When I start it, I get a pop-up that my battery isn’t working correctly and that is all, I can’t get any further then that. So I removed battery and tried using only a charger.  Now I am stuck on windows logo for the last hour. Do you guys have any idea what am I supposed to do next?
