Panasonic 65” VT65B Tv won’t load past logo “smartviera” HELP

Tv won’t load past the start up logo of “smartviera” stays on for a couple of mins then will shut off and do the same thing, on a loop, tried unplugging and holding the power button for 30 seconds and then re plugging it in etc - no red flashing lights which is a good sign I think it’s just a flashing green when it loads then a solid green once the logo comes on
Please help I absolutely love this tv
