My laptop( not even 1 year old) has a busted charging port , the battery doesn't charge when plugged in and is very laggy probably due to the CPU never crossing 16% usage all of this happened after the charging port's pins became bent and I believe all the other problems will be fixed after I change this female power jack (hopefully) but idk where to buy the new one from. And when I opened up the laptop the charging port cable had a qr that reads "CN0XHV65E8C0024K54T9A00" . ``***''Can anyone help me identify that this code is and give me suggestions to fix or what might've happened to my laptop?''***``
