Power jack and battery problems

My laptop( not even 1 year old) has a busted charging port , the battery doesn't charge when plugged in and is very laggy probably due to the CPU never crossing 16% usage all of this happened after the charging port's pins became bent and I believe all the other problems will be fixed after I change this female power jack (hopefully) but idk where to buy the new one from. And when I opened up the laptop the charging port cable had a qr that reads "CN0XHV65E8C0024K54T9A00" . Can anyone help me identify that this code is and give me suggestions to fix or what might've happened to my laptop?

Here's the service manual for the laptop.

Go to p.77 to view the procedure to remove/replace the power adapter port.

Initially, remove the battery from the laptop and then just disassemble the laptop only as far as to gain access to where the power port cable plugs into the motherboard. Then unplug the cable from the board and use a voltmeter and check if there's 19.5V DC when measuring between the red and black wires on the cable plug when the charger is connected to the power port.

If not then the port is faulty and will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.

Search online for Dell Vostro 14 3000 dc in jack to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)

Not sure. It may be that it is as it looks the same but looking online for Dell 228R6 it only shows results for two specific Dell Latitude models and one Latitude 15-"3000 Series" model and not for a Dell Vostro 14-3000 laptop.

Personally I would prefer that it mentions the full model name and number of the laptop that it fits

When I opened that dell support thing I found my exact model( Vostro 3400) and found the perfect one for the job even in my country . Here to just validate if compactable or not. https://s.daraz.com.np/s.Zior
