Replaced Trackpad

Mon problème

The old trackpad lost it's "Click" and was becoming erratic. So it needed replacing soon.

Ma solution

I am moderately experienced in replacing parts for my MacBook Pro's and iPhone/iPod's. This repair was mildly difficult.

Mon conseil

The "Real" problem was getting the ribbon cables reseated in their sockets. It helps to put the cables on BEFORE you actually install the trackpad. Using the spurge you can rock them into place with mild force on either side of the cable.
