Introduction

Before replacing knobs you will have to disassemble oven to take off the knobs and faceplate.

  1. Make sure that the toaster is unplugged before you begin.

    • Turn the toaster upside down and remove the two Phillips #4 1 cm screws attached to the side panels.

  2. Pull down and out to remove side panels from the unit Repeat for the other side.

  3. Remove the bottom vent.

  5. Remove the two Phillips #4 1 cm screws that connect the bottom panel to the unit.

  6. Remove the crumb tray (bottom metal panel) from the toaster unit.

  7. Remove the aluminum strip on the bottom of the unit.

  8. Remove knobs by pulling up on them.

  9. Unhook the bottom of the display panel from the toaster unit.

    • It will be a little tough to pry off, but don't be afraid to be forceful.

  10. Begin to detach the back panel from the toaster unit and unhook the rest of the display panel.
