Create an opening gap

  • Apply a suction cup to the heated side of the screen, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If your display is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction cup. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the broken screen.

  • Pull on the suction cup with steady force to create a gap between the screen and frame.

  • Depending on the age of the phone, this may be very difficult to do. If you are having trouble, apply more heat and try again.

  • Insert the point of an opening pick into the gap.

Posez une ventouse sur le bord chauffé de l'écran, aussi près que possible du bord.

Si votre écran est méchamment fissuré, le recouvrir d'une couche de ruban adhésif d'emballage transparent aidera peut-être la ventouse à adhérer. Ou bien vous pouvez vous servir de ruban adhésif épais à la place de la ventouse. Si ces méthodes ne fonctionnent pas, collez la ventouse à l'écran avec de la superglue.

Tirez constamment sur la ventouse pour ouvrir un espace entre l'écran et le châssis.

Cette étape peut être très difficile, suivant l'âge du téléphone. Si vous avez du mal, refaites chauffer et recommencez.

Insérez la pointe d'un médiator dans l'espace.
