Background and Identification
Breville originated in 1932 when Bill O’Brien and Harry Norville merged their last names together and called it a company. Breville started out making radios and mine detectors for the war effort. It wasn’t until 1956 that Breville began focusing on home appliances. Today, Breville is well known for kitchen appliances. Breville produces a range of kitchen devices, including microwaves, waffle makers, bread makers, blenders, mixers, juicers, toasters, food processors, coffee grinders, coffee machines, espresso machines, and more. The range of coffee-related appliances, from grinders to machines to espresso contraptions, allows Breville to give its customers a caffeine fix in almost any desired form.
Breville coffee makers come at various price points. The Breville Precision Brewer Thermal (Brewers Cup Tribute Edition) sells for $319.95, while a less advanced machine can be purchased for $279.95 (the Breville Precision Brewer Glass).
Breville coffee makers are made mostly of stainless steel and sometimes include glass components. Thus, they are mostly silver in color, with black accenting for handles, etc. Breville coffee makers have the Breville logo printed on the front of the machine, generally above the control panel.
