Background
The HP 15-f162dx comes with a 1.9GHz 4th generation Intel Core i3-4030U Processor, a memory of 6GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM), and an Intel HD graphics 4400.
It has a 15.6-inch diagonal HD (33) WLED-backlit touchscreen display (1366x768), and an interior 750GB 5400RPM hard drive. It has 2 super speed USB 3.0, 1 Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0, 1 HDMI, and 1 headphone-out/microphone-in combo jack.
The battery is external underneath the device such that it removable without opening the device. There is also DVD burner on the right side next to the headphone jack.
Identification
The HP 15-f162dx laptop can be identified by the model number printed on the label located on the bottom of the device. If the label has been removed, you can find the model number beneath the battery. For additional help with identifying your device, visit the HP Support page.
