The post-2011 Volkswagen Beetle, often referred to simply as the Volkswagen Beetle, is a continuation of Volkswagen's iconic and historic Beetle lineage. It was introduced as a successor to the Volkswagen New Beetle in 2011, and its design paid more homage to the original Beetle while incorporating modern engineering and features.
Volkswagen produced the Beetle from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, the company discontinued the Beetle.
