At first I accidentally spilled milk on it. The keyboards didnt work, but when I plugged in my logitech keyboard everything was fine. Now I spilled sunny d on it and it wont turn on now. So should I take it apart and clean it or go to apple in like several months and pay to get it fix.

You should try to salvage the logic board by cleaning it with electronic cleaner fluid. If it was my machine I would take it apart and carefully inspect all the boards and connectors for moisture and residues contamination. After two spills it's a must IMHO. If you don't do it you'll get corrosion on the internal components sooner or later.
