will this SSD work at SATA II (3Gb/s) in a Macbook uni-body?

are these the only things that work or does the one i have linked work?
I think the problem here is Crucial has a newer model of SSD's and the SSD you are looking at is an older model they no longer make (Crucial v4 256GB 2.5-Inch). From the spec's it should work.
Thank you David for you help, one last question. Will the silicon power t 10 work or is it an external drive?
