incoming/outgoing calls suddenly go mute
recently replaced my 3 year old 3gs battery. everything worked fine afterwards, but now when placing a call it goes on mute automatically and i can complete call only on speaker phone. on incoming calls "mute" is suddenly highlighted/activated even though i did NOT touch it. any solutions?
