Can not play plug in videos
Tried downloading new version of Adobe and not I can not play any plug in videos, like u tune videos

Sorry to say your between a rock & a hard place here.
Your system (PowerPC CPU) & OS Leopard (10.5.8) is on the old side here. Apps and video standards have moved on to Intel CPU based systems and code written for them.
You could try a different web browser (one that works under this hardware & OS) or start saving your Pesos for a new system.
