2 Why are the buttons not functioning?
When I try to use the keyboard to make a call or text I can't use the # key and the number 9. They feel stuck and are a little sunken in.

If the buttons on your phone feel stuck or hard to press, try cleaning the button pad with a lint- free microfiber cloth or cleaning them with rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol wipes. If they still feel sticky, then, they might be broken, and will then need to be replaced. Please go to the following page to learn about replacing your phones buttons.
