A weird sound coming from my pc when its on

I don't know a lot about computers so i need your help.

There is this sound coming from it that sounds kind of like when you light the sting of a firework, a very low sound. It stops when i turn it over. its coming from the upper right side on my computer. do you know what might be happening?
