LCD screen replacement black screen

I replaced the actual LCD screen and the glass digitizer,when i replaced just the glass the original LCD worked fine except for the black spots that i caused (reason for replacing) but when i tried to replace the actual LCD screen later the new screen is now black though i still hear the sounds.

restoring, restarting, reseting had no help to me so im open and begging for new ideas!!!

UPDATE: my screen does light up but its still black, so something is being recognized but it wont show anything but a lit up black screen
