This loud noise is most likey from the fan. It is probably dirty and covered with dust. Try taking a can of compressed air and blowing it through the vent. You can also try a mini vaccuum if need be. The fan also makes noise when overheated. If the noise still persists the fan is probably broken; you can find instructions to replace fan in the troubleshooting section.

Noise coming from the laptop could be from a variety of different sources. To determine if the sound is coming from the game itself or from the speakers, press the Fn and F2 buttons at the same time to mute the speakers. If the noise stops, there could be a speaker issue or just an unfamiliar noise in the game. If the noise persists, try to pinpoint a location of the noise by listening if it is louder near any of the vent locations of the laptop. One of the most common causes of the laptop making noise originates from dust accumulating near these vents. Compressed air in a can or a household vacuum can be used to clean the vent area without opening up the laptop. If the noise is not resolved, the fan inside the laptop may need to be replaced. If replacing the fan is not the solution, further support may be needed in replacing other components of the laptop. If there are other issues associated with the laptop, try troubleshooting where those issues are originating. By fixing the other issues accordingly, it is possible to eliminate the noise issue as well. It is normal for some parts of the laptop to make noise, and it does not mean that all noises require a replacement of parts. A quiet whistle or soft humming sound can be expected from the hard drive. Remember to consider any conflicts with the warranty of the laptop before attempting to disassemble the device. Also, make sure to use proper safety precautions at all times. By using the following troubleshooting page link, causes of a noise issue can be resolved:

Soundy might be coming from either fan or speaker. It is easy to locate if noise is coming from speaker by playing music on full volume.

Fan problems might be serious. Check if you have a dirty fan. Cleaning it up will solve the problem. Overheated fan could make a lot of noise too. You will need to re-put the thermal paste for fan.

A noisy fan is due to an obstruction in the air flow.

As the the cpu gets hot, the sensor sends a signal to the system telling it to turn the fan on in order to flow some air and sink the temperature. If the temperature keeps rising, then the system speeds up the fan because it thinks that the flow is not enough. That's the reason you have a noisy system.

Open your laptop and clean the fan and the heat interchanger aside (the copper piece).
