HVAC Heat Selector Jammed

My HVAC heat selector switcher is jammed. I've replaced the 3 knobs set, the 2 cable pully sets, and the adapter under the dash. However I cannot switch the temp from cold to hot. I've read there is a door somewhere that is used for temp adjustment. This part seems to be a pretty common piece that breaks. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
