I can't open my phone. Its new and I use it for only 1 month and now it have a problem and I don't know how will I solve it. When I open it, it will just simply appeared the logo of my phone then off again

Hi,
If the problem is with the Android OS, you can try to factory reset the phone:
Samsung Galaxy S5 - Supprimer le mot de passe/code de dévérouillage
! Factory reset will delete all your data (phone book, messages, accounts, etc.)!
