Tablet stuck on "restarting". Pressing off button, no change

Tablet stuck on "restarting". Pressed off button, no change. Plugged into charger, no change. Will this start a fire????

Hi,

It won't start a fire. With the charger disconnected you can try a forced shutdown by holding the off button for about 10-15 seconds and see if this turns the tab off. If this doesn't succeed with the charger disconnected, the battery will go flat and the tab will turn off. If you give us the model number of your Tab we will be able to help you better in restoring your tab.
