Where can I obtain the cd rom that came with the camera or is a digital file available online to reset the camera back to factory setings

Hi,
You can reset your camera's setup and shooting options to factory default, (Date, Time, Language and Video Output settings do not change).
Go to Menu > Settings 1 (gear wheel with 1 in box) > reset > Yes or No.
Performing a firmware update will perform the same function as the above reset procedure.
Here is a link to the user guide describing the reset function. It starts on p129 and carries over to p130.
