Hi,
Try to soft reset the phone :
Turn off the phone, take out the battery, then press and hold the ON button for 10-15 seconds (the longer the better). Reinsert the battery, then press ON button to start it. This is a soft reset, and wipes the temporary memory and empties all remaining power in the circuits. A soft reset does not erase any downloaded apps or user data.
Here is a link to show you how to remove / re-install the battery. (you do not have to remove the SIM card or the SD card)

If a soft reset doesn't work, you will have to perform a hard reset.
Before you start ensure if you can that the battery in the phone has a reasonable charge.
Do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected to the phone.
Make sure the phone is OFF before you start.
Warning: A hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore your phone to factory default condition
Here is a link which shows you what to do. In your case the procedure starts at about 35 seconds into the video clip.
