Hi,
Here is a link on how to setup your Blackberry. Ensure that you have a WiFi connection established. Select your country from the drop down list (click arrow to right of country box). Hopefully this is of some help.

Phyllis Toliver where did you buy those? Do you know the history of the tablets? Are they new? You have Sim cards for your tablets? at what point do you get the country code question?
