Why do my volume buttons not work?
When the tablet is turned on, the up and down volume buttons are not responsive.

Try restarting your device. If that doesn't work, it could be a hardware problem and you'll need to take the tablet apart and inspect the buttons. Make sure that the buttons are making contact with the plastic button cover, as they could be misaligned.
