My steam controller USB is broken how do I get a replacement.

If you mean the wireless dongle, just submit a support ticket to Valve.

Unfortunately, a year-plus later, I don't think this will work anymore. I was lucky enough that it did for me. With the replacement dongle now being available on the Steam store, it's more likely that one would be told to buy a replacement instead, unless it's broken (not lost) during the warranty period.

Nathan had encountered this before, you can see how the steamers helped him out. I believe that you have already get a new one. Enjoy yourself.
