my phone just went off while charging for now nothing appears on screan i have tried taking it to be repared and nothing happens but when put to a charger its getting hot at the back what may be the problem

Sorry to hear about your phone. Check out this troubleshooting page for your device. It sounds like the battery may need to be replaced, but thankfully the part is cheap and repair seems pretty simple! You can use this guide and do the swap yourself. You can also find the replacement battery here.
