2 days as my BLU Studio HD 6.0 phone is glitching

My phone is switching from normal screen to some small-multi-page-screens-with-additional-settings mode randomly by itself, freezes on various apps, main menu button on the bottom stop responding. 2 days as this is going on and it's maddening! I am expecting calls from my kids and for interview! Is this is a hardware or software problem? How to fix it? Thank you!
