Hi,
Have you tried a different known working SIM card in your phone to see if it works?
If it works it may be a compatibility problem between your SIM card and your phone. Try replacing your SIM card with a new one and see if that solves your problem.
If it doesn't work you may have a faulty SIM card reader in your phone.

I tried different working SIM card but still shows same.. Now the fault must be on SIM card reader.. Is any way to fix the it??
Hi, As the card reader is mounted on the board you may need to take it to a reputable, professional phone repair service which has the expertise and tools necessary to do surface mount pcb component replacements.
Here is a video showing the dis-assembly of an Alcatel One Touch Idol 2. At 2:50 minutes into the video it starts to show the removal of the board on which the card reader is mounted.
I woke up and it said no sim card I didnt take the sim card out but ehen I did it was powered off and It had already said no sim card emergency calls only what will cause this

Do not buy this phone, you will have this problem. They are not very durable. If you drop the phone you will have this problem
