Virus problem in phone

In the Google store do a search for Avast Mobile Security or AVG. you can also try Avira as well

1. Take battery out.
2. Put it back in.
3. Power on phone.
4. When it's at the Samsung animation boot logo hold the volume down and up button and repeatedly hit the touch sensitive buttons.
5. Keep doing this until you get a 'Safe Mode' text at the bottom mode
6. Then release all keys and navigate to phone settings, applications and look for the 'System Update' app which should be located under downloaded applications. Uninstall this application and restart your phone.
7. Your phone should boot up and be out of safe mode and the virus should be gone.
Usually this application is disguised as 'System Update' but could be disguised as another application.

go to the Google store and look for a good Malware scanning utility. It is rare for a phone or tablet to get a virus but not impossible because anything that can connect to the Internet can become infected.

Send me good application for Virus scan ok thank
Can you please describe the file attributes of the file that might be disguised as system update file. I actually have 2 files called system updates. One is 22.56mb and the other is 725kb. I have emptied the caches and done everything except this and reverting back to the factory settings. Id rather not if this works. Thank you in advance.
