Why does my furby boom not talk or wake?

I just got my furby boom it won't talk or turn on I think it is dead but I already tried reseting it and I'd won't work!!!!! Please help

Hi,

Have you checked that the batteries are installed correctly or if they are have you tried other batteries?

Options

Clean off any corrosion and leave the battery’s in overnight, sometimes it takes a while for these furbys to warm up. There might be a loose battery wire. meaning you’ll have to take apart your furby and located the sliced or loose wire.
