1 Why is my camera not turning on?
When I press the power button the camera is not turning on.

It is possible that the battery is not charged, so the camera will not be able to turn on. Try charging your battery for approx. 30 min, and you should have enough power to activate your device. If this still does not work, you may need to replace your old battery with a new, working battery.
