3 Why is my keyboard not working?
I dropped my laptop and now the keyboard is not working. Everything but the keyboard works. What should I do?

The cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard of your laptop can be disconnected. Try to remove the keyboard, and check the connection of the ribbon cable. If it is disconnected, reattach the cable and reinstall the keyboard. If that doesn't help, you will probably need to buy a new keyboard. Visit the troubleshooting page for more information.
