toshiba tv -model 4sl412u -50"-very low sound

i have a toshiba 50" model 46sl412u - i get a very low sound my tv and can't adjust it up- some interference. what's wrong

What is the source of your video/audio signal - antenna, cable box etc and if cable box etc what input type are you using - HDMI, component composite etc?

if your input signal is good so you have to check the speaker in your TV
