I have a Kenmore washer and dryer. I have the model #s and serial numbers. I need to know what year ( how old are my appliances?) of the models. Researching because I may want to replace with new models. Thanks!

My Kenmore Washer Model # is 110.82873820, S/N 094926352 The example above tells me this is Model Year 8, decade 2. How does this translate into a manufacturing date? Very confused. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.

According to this link the washer may have been manufactured in Clyde, OH, December of 1999.

I promise I TRIED to figure this out but gave up after 20 minutes. I need age of my Mama & Daddy’s amazingly wonderful & dependable Kenmore washer. Here’s the information:
