It comes on it charges the only thing is that when it comes on the screen it glitches and dosent show the mouse and your unable to do any thing

You can fix it yourself pretty simply using a new LCD. You'll want to use a sturdy spudger to pop off the plastic bezel surrounding the screen after removing some screws. Should be pretty straightforward from there.
