My phone only rings once and then hangs up on incoming calls
I had Cox cable come out because they said I must change over to their new digital service… When they left here my phone no longer worked. If I have an incoming call it rings once and then does not let you pick up the phone :( I blame Cox cable but they came back out and said that it was my phone, I said that’s funny because it was working just fine until you came and change it to digital service.

What is the model number of your phone?
What happens when you pick up the phone when it has rung the one time, do you hear a dial tone or a busy tone or nothing at all?
