My touch screen does not work on my 510 desire can it be fix or can I fix it.

Here is a link to the ifixit HTC Desire 510 Touch screen Glass and/or LCD Display repair guide. It is very handy as it not only shows how to replace the digitizer (touchscreen) but also what tools are required for the job.
The digitizer is available online. Just search for HTC Desire 510 digitizer to find suppliers that suit you best.
Here is a link to just one supplier. It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the part.
