Don't bother installing the "My Knox" application. You're very late to the game.
My Knox service ended December 19, 2017.
KNOX as a hardware chip in the Note 4 is a very important part of security surrounding the Android OS installed in the phone. It can tell you if your phone has been violated or not (i.e. rooted, etc).
