Phone gets permanent OFF

So far so good. But suddenly my phone goes into hang position from few days before and suddenly one day the phone getting switch OFF, I tried to switch ON the phone but I failed in it. And I gave my phone to service center they told me to change the board of phone and the cost is eprox 20k. So will you please suggest me what should I do? Is there any other way to start my phone again? Please help me guys!

Hi,

Do you get a battery charging indication when you connect the charger to the phone?

If so fully charge the battery and then try a soft reset:

1.Press and hold the Power button

2. Tap Power off.

If the device is unresponsive/frozen, press and hold the Power button for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles.

No I didn't get a battery indication on screen but if I get connect my charger I saw one indication and that was notification light. But still there is no positive response

Did you try holding the Power button for 10 seconds or perhaps even a bit longer to see if the phone responds?

Yes I did but no such response I saw
