Black screen illuminated

Hi all,

after a small crash into the floor, my MB shows a black screen with the backlight working. Everything sounds normal (fan, disk unit, hd, front light). Also I've tried resetting the SMC and PRAM.

It seems to be a connector unplugged from the motherboard but any suggestions please (graphics card crashed)?

Options

First check RAM

- shared video RAM means if the RAM is unseated you could have this behavior.

If that doesn't fix it you're going to have to open it up and check the video cable connectors to the logic board...

I finally tried by checking each connector in the logic board and it worked.
