Why is the red light not turning off?
my ue boom light has been red for 3 days now and it’s not low battery, i don’t know what to do.

Just wondering how you know that it's not a low battery?
Have you opened the speaker and measured the battery voltage with the charger disconnected? You didn't say.
Perhaps the battery is not charging correctly.

Mine too. It operates fine, the charger (when plugged in) makes the little white charging indicator light next to the connector blinks satisfactorily, but the status indicator on the iPhone remote stubbornly shows 0%.
The main thing is it still works fine, and switches between bluetooth connections just fine.
