Need help fixing/cleaning keyboard connector
I recently had to replace the logic board on my 2012 15" MBP. However, it seems like the replacement logic board has an issue at the keyboard connector. A column of keys (9, 0, p, etc) as well as the \ and "enter" key don't work.
I know that the keyboard and cable are fine since I didn't have an issue with them before. I'd like to try to clean the ZIF connector. Does anybody have recommendations for how to do that? I was thinking 90+ % isopropanol and a toothbrush.
Also, does anybody know where I can find a pinout for the keyboard connector? I found Keyboard ZIF Connector Pinout, but I don't know how to read the diagram.
Thanks for all your help!

Why was the logic board replaced? If the old logic board didn't work, how did you verify that the keyboard works?

The old logic board had a current sensor issue (I think in the battery power bus? Determined from Apple Hardware Test) that caused the computer to run extremely slowly (kernel_task using 600% CPU). There were no issues with keyboard or keyboard cable prior to putting in the new logic board.
The donor computer had the same keyboard issues (same keys didn't work), so I believe it's a problem with the keyboard ZIF connector.
