I woud like to know why my jbl charge 3 speaker doesn't have sound.
The sound of my jbl charge 3 speaker has not worked ever since I bought it. someone help me on how to solve the problem

How long have you had it?
If less than 12 months there still may be a valid manufacturer's warranty on the speaker. (it depends on your location).
Can you charge the speaker OK?
Do you get sound when you connect an audio source via the 3.5mm aux jack?

i bought it at Amsterdam airport but the prroblem is that i threw away its boxes and documents so i dont know if they can allow it.
