Why is my asus x555qg laptop running so slow

my laptop is running so slow it just started running slow for no reason about a day after its warranty ended its got an amd a12 3.4 ghz CPU and 8gigs of ddr4 soldered ram and a amd radon r7 and r8 2 gigs of gpu ram oh and don't forget the 5200 rpm hdd

Have you done an Anti Virus scan or an Anti malware scan to see if this is the reason for the performance issue?

Check Task manager > Startup to see what programs are being loaded at startup that may be unnecessary and are slowing the laptop.

Have you checked Event Viewer to see if there are any events listed that may impact on performance?
