No dash, stereo, or shifter lights.

When I start my car and turn on my lights I have no dash lights, no stereo lights, and no shifter lights. After driving a fair distance they all of a sudden come on, but then as soon as I shut the car off and start it again I have the same issue all over again. I have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible jxi limited.
